2018 VOLUNTEER LEADERS RETREAT
Volunteer leaders retreat is our annual retreat for all our Youth, Young Adult and Core Team leaders. This years retreat will be held on NOVEMBER 16-18, 2018. The cost of the retreat is $50 and includes, food & lodging.
WESTCOTT HOUSE - SHENANDOAH VALLEY
LODGING
Westcott is a lodge-style house that offers the ultimate luxury for a private retreat facility. It is built with the finest materials and includes in house amenities, such as a hot-hub, pool and poker tables. The house features 8 rooms and 5 bathrooms.
Room assignments will be done to provide the maximum amount of comfort for each leader.
MEALS
Food for this years retreat will be covered by the ministry. We will also be asking 2 adult volunteers to be a part of the weekend and serve in prepping and cooking the food. All leaders will still be designated to clean based on a schedule that will be created.
