Worship development is an ongoing training night hosted at KOTN.

It consists of individuals who have tried out and/or auditioned for the Ascend Youth, Ascend Young Adult, or KOTN main worship teams.

Members are urged to attend weekly on Mondays to sharpen vocal and instrumental skills.
